General Assembly

Highest Organ

The General Assembly is the highest administrative organ of the organization, meeting annually. It serves as the supreme decision-making body responsible for:

  • Issuance and modification of the association's articles of association.
  • Approval of annual plans, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Reviewing financial statements and audit reports.
  • Electing the Board of Directors.

Board of Directors

Oversight Body

Elected by the General Assembly, the Board provides strategic oversight and ensures that policies and decisions are effectively implemented.

Note: Members of the board provide free services for the organization on a voluntary basis.
  • Ensuring implementation of General Assembly decisions.
  • Providing close follow-up on organizational management performance.
  • Appointing the external auditor.

The Secretariat

Executive Mgmt

Representing the Head Office, the Secretariat is the engine of our day-to-day operations. It serves as the coordination hub for planning, implementation, and monitoring of all project activities.
